The Company | The Principals

The Company

At the core of KnexGEN Solution’s (KnexGEN) philosophies is the notion that for organizations to be truly successful, they need to “converge” or “fuse together” technology initiatives with business goals and objectives. The roles that IT groups play in today’s corporate and institutional environments need to be intertwined with business processes and methodologies. This is a key part of the broad-based consulting services KnexGEN provides to its customers / partners.

To validate this point, here is an excerpt from the March 2008 Computerworld magazine, where Anthony Hill, the CIO for Golden Gate University states:

“Instead of the IT department simply supporting business operations, we now talk about how IT gets in front of the business and drives it into new ways of doing things.  IT should no longer be viewed as just an enabler of somebody else’s business strategy.  We need to change the dialogue to really eliminate the lines between IT and the business.”

It is this type of leading edge approach that differentiates KnexGEN within our industry.  Combine this with the experience and breadth of knowledge and scope that KnexGEN brings to its customers / partners and the result is a consulting effort that is focused on an organization’s return on investment.  We are confident in this result because the effective “convergence” of technology and business drives efficiencies that have a direct impact on minimizing cost expenditures and driving growth potential.

The founder of KnexGen, Janet Booth, has over 20 years of IT  and outsourcing experience. Her knowledge base in this space is all encompassing, but at it's core is the fusion of technology and business.  With seasoned leadership like this, we are well prepared to take on the type of IT projects that when done effectively can have a direct impact on solving your business problems and helping you grow your company.
